Our Founder

Bradley James Windows & Doors was founded by a Marine Corps disabled veteran who spent years in military service before bringing that same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence home to Dallas-Fort Worth. After seeing too many homeowners let down by careless installs and faceless contractors, he decided to build a company that does things differently — one where every customer is treated with the respect they deserve and every installation is done right the first time.

That's why we hold ourselves to a higher standard — a standard built on the values our founder carried home from the Marine Corps.

Our Installation Crews

At Bradley James Windows & Doors, every installer on your job works for us — period. We never use subcontractors. That's not how most window companies operate, but we're not most window companies. When our crew shows up at your home, they're trained to our standards, accountable to our leadership, and invested in our reputation.

Our installers are trained to military-grade standards of precision and craftsmanship. Every window is leveled, shimmed, insulated, and sealed as if it were going in our own home. We inspect every job before we consider it complete.

We're not in a rush to grow for growth's sake — we'd rather stay small and deliver exceptional work than scale up and sacrifice quality. But as demand grows across the DFW metroplex, so does our team.
