Agreement to Terms

By using this website or scheduling services with Bradley James Windows & Doors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Bradley James Windows & Doors provides residential window and door replacement, installation, and related services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in your individual written estimate and installation agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable building codes and permits.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise noted. Pricing is based on the information available at the time of the estimate, including product selection, measurements, and site conditions.

Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ from what was assessed during the initial consultation (e.g., hidden structural damage, code-required upgrades, or customer-requested changes). Any changes will be communicated and approved by you in writing before work proceeds.

Installation

We strive to complete all installations within the timeline provided in your agreement. However, project timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, product availability from manufacturers, permit processing, and unforeseen structural conditions.

Homeowners are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area, clearing window and door areas of personal items prior to the scheduled installation date, and ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work zone for safety.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in your individual installation agreement. A deposit may be required to confirm your order and secure product manufacturing. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the installation, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options through our approved lending partners. All payments are in U.S. dollars.

Warranty

Bradley James Windows & Doors stands behind the quality of our work. Our installations are backed by a workmanship warranty, the details of which are provided in your installation agreement. In addition, the windows and doors we install carry manufacturer warranties from brands such as Andersen, Anlin, and ProVia.

Warranty claims should be submitted promptly. Coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bradley James Windows & Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to delays, product defects covered under manufacturer warranty, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
