Warranty Information
At Bradley James Windows & Doors, we stand behind every installation we complete. Your investment is protected by both our workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's product warranty. We believe you deserve complete confidence that your windows and doors will perform beautifully for years to come.
Our Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship warranty covers the quality of our installation work. Because we use our own trained installation crews — never subcontractors — we have full control over the quality of every job. If an installation-related issue arises during the warranty period, we'll come back and make it right at no additional cost.
This covers proper fitting, sealing, insulation, flashing, interior and exterior trim work, and any other aspect of the installation process performed by our team.
Manufacturer Warranties
Each of our brand partners provides their own product warranty, covering the windows and doors themselves. As an authorized dealer, we ensure your products are installed to manufacturer specifications so your warranty stays fully valid.
Andersen
Limited lifetime warranty on many window and door products. Coverage includes glass, frame, and hardware components.
Anlin
True lifetime warranty on select product lines, including glass breakage coverage. Designed for warm-climate performance.
ProVia
Lifetime limited warranty on entry doors covering materials and workmanship. Includes finish warranty options.
Specific warranty terms, conditions, and durations vary by product line and are provided in your product documentation at the time of installation. The summaries above are general overviews and do not represent the full warranty terms.

How long are the manufacturer warranties?
Warranty lengths vary by manufacturer and product. Andersen offers limited lifetime warranties on many of their window and door products. Anlin provides a true lifetime warranty including glass breakage on select lines. ProVia offers a lifetime limited warranty on entry doors. The specific warranty terms are provided with your product documentation at the time of installation.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home?
Manufacturer warranty transferability varies by brand. Many Andersen, Anlin, and ProVia warranties are transferable to subsequent homeowners, though some terms may change upon transfer. The Bradley James workmanship warranty is tied to the original installation address. Contact us for specific transfer details.
What is not covered under the warranty?
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, acts of nature (hail, storms, flooding), unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance such as cleaning weep holes and lubricating hardware.
